At the Think Tank 2023 on March 20, 2023, more than 40 personalities from culture, business, sports, and society exchanged ideas and jointly set the substantive priorities of SwissDiversity. The focus of the annual exchange is on the opportunities, potential and challenges of diversity in Switzerland. The basis of this common vision is the "Declaration for Diversity and Inclusion in Switzerland" - the recognition of the unique diversity of Swiss society.
As a new format of Swiss Diversity, we founded the Swiss Think Tank as a think tank for diversity and inclusion last year and signed a declaration together with the participants of the founding event. Important and creative personalities from culture, society, business, research and politics come together with the aim of working together for diversity & inclusion and to anchor and advance this important topic socially in Switzerland.
A white paper on this year's topic "Age Diversity and Intersectionality in Switzerland" was published following the Think Tank.

In order for diversity in Switzerland not to degenerate into a paper tiger, we as a society must recognise how multifaceted diversity can be in all its manifestations. And even if diversity and inclusion can sometimes hurt, we have no more time to waste waiting for the next generation.
