Inclusion
Certificate

Your company's commitment to diversity.

The time has come, Swiss Diversity introduces the 'Inclusion Certificate', designed to strengthen your company's commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion. Our comprehensive certification process assesses key aspects of inclusion: gender equality, LGBTQ+, people with disabilities, age, wellbeing & mental health, cultural background and 'new work'.

By achieving Gold, Silver or Bronze certification, your company will credibly and transparently demonstrate its commitment to promoting an inclusive and diverse work environment. Through this, you will be recognized as a preferred company in Switzerland, supporting your talent acquisition and retention efforts. In addition, our certification serves as evidence of your commitment to environmental, social and governance (ESG) principles, which positively impacts your brand reputation and relationships with external stakeholders.

Not ready for full certification? No problem. We offer individual 'seals' (Seals) to measure specific aspects such as Gender Equality, Age, People with Disabilities, New Work and Wellbeing & Mental Health, so you can progress at your own pace and focus on the areas that are most relevant to your organization.

Embrace the future of D&I by partnering with us for your certification. Together, we will create a more inclusive and equitable workplace that supports your growth and success in an ever-changing world. Don't miss this exceptional opportunity to demonstrate your company's commitment to promoting diversity & inclusion and fostering a truly diverse workforce.

Helping you on the path to certification through Swiss Diversity's 'Inclusion Certificate' is a team that collectively brings over 50 years of experience in Diversity & Inclusion. Each team member holds the ISO-30415:2021 - Human Resources Management - Diversity and Inclusion Standard.

Q: Approximately how long does it take to complete the certification?
‍A
: It depends on the size of your company. In the vast majority of cases, certification is completed after three months.

Q: How long is my certification, or seal, valid?
A: Successful certification is valid for three years, with a mandatory site assessment by Swiss Diversity in years one and two. The Seal is valid for one year.

Q: To what extent does the certification support us in the further development of our D&I strategy? What support is there for implementing any improvement measures?

‍A
: No, for this we refer to the proven experts in this field.

Q: What exactly does the certification process look like?
A: It starts with an assessment of the current situation. Here we determine together which dimensions of Diversity & Inclusion should be the focus, what level of maturity your company already brings to the table, and how the results will be communicated. The project team is then put together by Swiss Diversity and within your organization, and the exact schedule is determined. To measure inclusion, focus groups with management, HR/D&I and employees take place, conducted by Swiss Diversity. In parallel, a detailed review of your D&I guidelines and structures based on the ISO D&I standard takes place. This is followed by the final report and presentation. Here, the results and achievement of the Gold, Silver or Bronze level are discussed, along with recommendations for the further development of your D&I strategy.
