Senior Business Analyst
Founder of the Community Alliance Beyond Switzerland
Silja Blattmann is a Senior Business Analyst and mother of two children. When her son was diagnosed with early childhood autism five years ago, it had a huge impact on her entire life - both personally and professionally. Through her experience as a Care Taker, she knows the grievances and challenges that people with disabilities and their families face every day and how challenging it is to stay in the workforce. Based on this, she founded the Community Alliance Beyond in 2021, which advocates for the inclusion of people with disabilities in the workplace, promotes dialogue and reduces fear of contact.
