For the first time, the Swiss Diversity Business Forum is taking place as a standalone event. We are looking forward to an afternoon and evening full of unique guests, speeches, keynotes, panels, lots of culture and even more surprises big and small.

Founder of the Allianz Beyond Switzerland community

Silja Blattmann is a Senior Business Analyst and mother of two children. When her son was diagnosed with early childhood autism five years ago, it had a huge impact on her entire life - both personally and professionally. Through her experience as a Care Taker, she knows the grievances and challenges that people with disabilities and their families face on a daily basis and how challenging it is to stay in the workforce. Based on this, she founded the Community Alliance Beyond in 2021, which advocates for the inclusion of people with disabilities in the workplace, promotes dialogue and reduces fear of contact.

Elke Thamm

Elke Thamm is Global Head of Personnel Development at Bühler, a Swiss family-owned company focused on developing sustainable innovations in engineering and technology. During her career, she has held various operational and strategic HR positions in different industries, most recently as Global Director of HR and Talent & Organizational Development at gategroup. Elke studied Business Administration at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration, the University of St. Gallen and the University of Paris Dauphine. She holds a degree from WU Vienna, a CEMS Master in International Management and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and is a certified Mental Health & Wellbeing Coach.

Ana Piubel

Ana Piubel completed her studies in business law at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW) and a Master of Advanced Studies in Human Resources at the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland. The HR Generalist gained experience as HR Graduate Recruiter at UBS, was HR Advisor at Ernst & Young responsible for the Advisory area before joining Vontobel as Senior HR Business Partner 11 years ago. After 8years in the role as Senior HR Business Partner, she moved to the role as HR Business Manager and took over the responsibility for Diversity &Inclusion at Vontobel.

After 10 years as MAC Brand Manager in Italy, she took over MAC Area Brand Management for Austria and Switzerland for12 years and has been Brand Manager Switzerland MAC, Bobbi Brown and Smashbox for just over a year.

An experienced pharmaceutical professional with more than 25 years in the industry, Eugene has a proven track record of implementing marketing strategies and operational plans across multiple countries, regional and global marketing and commercial teams. Last year, Eugene co-initiated the formation of the Black Leadership Council at Takeda Pharmaceuticals to support the company's DE&I initiatives and raise awareness of the diverse contributions that employees of African descent make to the company.
