For the first time, the Swiss Diversity Business Forum is taking place as a standalone event. We are looking forward to an afternoon and evening full of unique guests, speeches, keynotes, panels, lots of culture and even more small and big surprises.
Executive board members, board members, diversity & inclusion managers and D&I teams will be offered a productive, practical exchange, best practices will be highlighted and enable the participating companies to exploit synergies and scale ideas.

The workshop explores how the concept of disability is changing over time. It discusses how companies can benefit from a more inclusive workforce, and build products and services that serve the full diversity of their customer base.
Inclusive communication: Ferris Bühler Communications
What does it mean for companies to communicate inclusively? In the Ferris Bühler Communications workshop, we will look at current examples of communication, discuss user cases and show that inclusive communication can be practiced differently from company to company. We will give practical tips and discuss best practices on how inclusive communication can be successfully integrated into everyday corporate life.
